Chevron Infinity Cowl
This pattern is no longer available
This is a versatile pattern that you can use with almost any weight/amount of yarn. It’s a fun project when you have just one skein of that special yarn; but you can also use up 2 or 3 skeins to make a big, luxurious cowl – all from this same pattern.
Although the pattern uses sport weight yarn, you can make this with any size yarn – just follow the pattern substituting your favorite weight yarn and an appropriate hook.
The pattern itself is pretty basic – you will need to know how to chain, foundation single crochet, single crochet and double treble crochet stitches.
You also need to know a method of joining the ends of your cowl together – weaving, mattress stitch, or something else. Specific instructions for joining the ends are not included. You can also choose NOT to join the ends and wear as a regular scarf.
You can customize the size of your cowl by adding repeats to make it wider; and continue crocheting until it’s long enough (or until you run out of yarn!)
Tested and edited; if you have any questions my email is in the pattern.
