The shoes are available in 3 sizes:
0-6 months: 3”
6-12 months: 3.5”
12-18 months: 4”

The shoe measurements are smaller than actual foot measurements because shoes fit better, and are more likely to stay put, when the are stretched over a foot that is slightly larger than the shoe.
