Cascadilla
The first design I ever had published in Knitty was Abrazo Vest in 2008…. it blows my mind to think about how little I knew then compared to now (and I still have a ton to learn!)! As an ode to Abrazo I’m taking cables and plugging them into a sweater construction I’ve been playing with for the last few years. The Novus construction is a seamless side-to-side construction that uses panels to connect flat pieces that look in no way like a sweater into a well fitting garment!
This might be one of those patterns you just need to knit to understand… and once you do I have a whole collection of sweaters for you to knit next!
Jul Designs is offering a 10% of discount on closures… how cool is that?
