Candy Mountain Cowl is the perfect project for all your scraps and mini skeins. Using less than 5 grams per colour, this is an amazing stash buster project. 
The instructions comes with both Fingering and DK weight. You will be knitting the cowl in the round, and grafting it together at the end.

Needles
