The Buttoned-Up Cowl is knit lengthwise using a beautiful cable motif from Norah Gaughan’s Knitted Cable Sourcebook on a background of simple K2P2 rib. When complete, the buttons and buttonholes are placed within these cables along the cast-on and bind-off edges.
