During her last year in college, I sent my daughter some cashmere and merino yarn so she could make herself a cowl. She decided to design her own - the ecru one shown. I could not convince her to write the pattern up herself, so she loaned me her original in order to reverse engineer it. I may have worn it a few times :) It is one of the most comfortable and warm cowls I’ve worn (and I have a few, lol!). After knitting it up myself, I’m so impressed with what she came up with! Such a nice balance of texture and cables and just lovely to wear!
Skills required:
• Long-tail cast-on
• Working in the round
• Cables (2 over 2)
Samples knit in Knit Picks Capra in Turmeric and Platinum.
