Burnet
This hat radiates joy.
Burnet takes its visual inspiration from the many beautiful late 19th and early 20th century tiles you see in the enterance to Glasgow tenements (apartment blocks).
The tenement tiles are small pieces of art, and come in a stunning array of colours and designs.
Burnet is knitted in a plant-dyed 4ply yarn hailing from one of Scotland’s most beautiful islands. It is knitted in the round with a pleasing geometric pattern.
Formerly an exclusive pattern for Edinburgh Yarn Festival 2016 Wool Tribe, this is now available online.
Errata for the Wool Tribe version of this pattern is available from Karie’s site. Please see above.
