This is a pattern created for fun, it is a written pattern with other videos as examples to help you through the techniques used. It is all one piece.

I used the Knifty Knitter 36 peg loom to create this pattern. If you would like the pattern is a variety of size looms and sizes then the written shows up in my “Loom Knit Costume Hats” ebook. I include the 36 and 41 peg loom as well as the 44 and 59 peg 1/2 gauge CinDwood looms.

Also I used Red Heart Yarn doubled in strands but a super bulky yarn like a Lions Brand Chunky Thick and Quick will work as well. You only need scrap yarn for the red, white, and black.

This hat will fit a child loosely and an adult firmly. You can adjust the size by just making sure you keep the face in the 18 peg sequence. The Ears just on the outside of the face. Same amount of rows.
