A quick, fun make for summer!
Thanks to the chunky yarn, this bag takes me around an hour to make. It is a great size for trips around the town or for your beach belongings.

Difficulty: Easy, US terminology

Finished Size: 50 x 25cm (unstretched)

Materials:
 6mm hook/J-10(US)
 110g of chunky yarn
I’ve used Moda Vera Hampton Soft Chunky Cotton Blend in colour no. 6 Soft Pink
 Scissors
 Tapestry needle

Abbreviations:
 ch = chain
 sk = skip a stitch
 dc = double crochet
 dc inc = 2 double crochet in the same stitch
 tr = treble crochet
 sl st = slip stitch
 .. = repeat the sequence between the square brackets
 (..) = repeat the space in brackets the given number of times

Notes:
 This pattern is worked in the round and at the end of each row you with slip stitch to the first stitch of the same row to end the row.
 ch3 at the start of a row counts as a dc.
 I prefer not to start with a magic ring as these may come undone with use of the bag. I find it more secure to simply chain the initial row and slip stitch together.
