The finished badger measures approximately 4cm x 4cm (1⅝in x 1⅝in), including the hat.

The debonair Bruno Badger wears a trilby hat. A variety of stitches produce the shaping of the distinctive black and white markings. The badger is finished with embroidered details and a brooch bar. Bruno also looks lovely displayed in a picture frame.
Inspired by the Commedia dell’Arte, Bruno Badger is a member of an imaginary theatrical troupe.

I used Scheepjes Maxi Sweet Treat. The project takes just a small amount of each shade of thread.

• Stranded metallic embroidery thread

• Toy stuffing
• 2.5cm (1in) brooch bar
