This cute little short-sleeved top is quick to knit and very easy to wear!

Worked in the round from the bottom up, the lace pattern emerges naturally from the ribbed hem. The pattern instructions for this section are both written out and charted.

The back and front are divided at the underarm point, and the shoulders are gently shaped using short row shaping. The shoulder seam is joined using the 3 needles bind off method for discreet elegance.

The short sleeves are picked up and knitted downwards, featuring a miniature lace detail to echo the body hem.

Knitted in 4 (4: 5: 5: 6: 6) x 50gm of this lovely wool/cotton blend yarn, this is a great year-round piece which looks great on its own, or worn as a layering piece over a dress or long-sleeved shirt in the Winter.
