Boxelder Socks
Knit in a fingering-weight yarn (shown in Malabrigo sock), these have a simple twist pattern to keep you entertained without being overwhelming.
MATERIALS
YARN
375 (400, 450, 475) yards of fingering-weight yarn
Shown in Malabrigo Yarn Sock (100% merino wool; 402m/440 yds/100g), colorway Lettuce, size 2
NEEDLES
US 1.5/2.5mm dpns, or needles for preferred method
of working small circumferences in the round.
Size is a suggestion; use the needle size that helps you obtain gauge
GAUGE
32 sts and 40 rnds= 4” / 10cm in charted pattern
SIZE
Sizes 1 2, 3, 4
Measuring about 7” 8, 9, 10” circumference
