Pattern consists of 12 petal flower in the center followed by 12 crocheted pineapples, each one separated by dc stitches in between which comes to a point on round 21. Remainder consists of sc and double crochet stitches which also comes to a point. Border is made up of sc and picots for a total of 28 rows. Other stitches used are 5 dc cluster, rib stitch and triple triple stitches {trtr}.

Finished doily resembles a 12 point star.
