GAUGE
24 sts × 30 rnds = 4” / 10 cm on US 4 / 3.5 mm needles in Twisted Ribbing, after blocking.

NOTES
This cape is worked in an all-over twisted ribbing pattern. It is knit from the top down in the round until the front and back are divided to work the hem. Stitches are increased at both shoulder lines for a good fit. The scalloped hem is created with short rows.
