This bonnet fits everyone, the elastic you add around the brim is what changes the size more than anything.

There was only a small partial skein of ice cream and ruffle yarn used. I did this pattern after I made the dress and pants.
If you are making the full project including bonnet, dress, and pants you will need.
2 skeins of Lions Brand Ice Cream
2 skeins of Red Heart Sashay Sequin
1 skein of Caron Simply Soft Yarn
As for the Ice Cream you will hardly use the second skein, so I would plan a smaller project for the second on what is left.
As for the whole I have a formula to be able to make the full costume in any size but the written is for a 12 month old that would probably fit an 18month to 2T. This can happen with very small changes.
This costume allows you the chance to explore all the different ways for you to explore ruffle yarn and the ways it sparks an outfit.
You will also need thin elastic and some 1” elastic. Along with a small crochet hook.
I used a 68 and 88 peg loom for the project.
