The Bluster Shawl Knitting Pattern includes both charted and written instructions for the lace. The lace pattern itself was designed to be accessible to newer knitters so while it is elegant in its simplicity, it is also intuitive and easy to follow.

Yarn yardage and weight:
750 yds / 162 g of fingering or sock weight, category 1 yarn
Gauge:
19 stitches and 38 rows over 4 in / 10 cm, in broken rib pattern worked, flat and blocked
Needles and Notions:
US4 / 3.5mm needles, or size needed to obtain gauge. Suggested 32-40 in / 80-100cm circular needle
4 stitch markers
optional stitch markers to separate lace repeats
darning needle
