Blue Snow
Four colors of worsted-weight wool yarn – sample used Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted:
o MC – Cobblestone Heather – approx. 150 yards
o CC1 – Spruce – approx. 50 yards
o CC2 – Wonderland – approx. 50 yards
o CC3 – Clarity – approx. 50 yards
• You must be able to read a colorwork chart – starting from lower right and working to the top of the chart, repeating the design THREE times around
• Strand unused color loosely (but not TOO loosely) across ws to avoid puckering
• Decreases are “double-decrease” by: slip 2 to RH needle, k1, pass the 2 slips sts over – dec 2 with a center “spine”
