Previously released with Wonderland Yarns De-Stitch-Nation March 2020 yarn club, the Birches Cowl has been a favorite of knitters! The lace columns of this cowl are reminiscent of tall and elegant birch trees — the flaring eyelet edging representing roots. Knit-in-the-round from the bottom up, the pattern is easily memorized and rhythmic.

One size fits all - and pattern uses 90-100% of the skein

measurements: 15.5” tall x 22” around at top, 25” around at cast-on edge.

This pattern can be easily modified to be knit with one skein in our other yarn weights (Mary Ann, Cheshire Cat, Queen of Hearts, and Blossoms, as well as our Alice (DK) weight. Notes on modifications for other yarn weights are listed in the pattern.
