BIGVision is a sober community for young adults in recovery in New York City offering a myriad of free, exciting activities in a safe, inclusive environment. Knitting classes have proven to be one of the most popular and longest running of our programs.
Each month, young adults in various stages of recovery gather to learn the fine craft of knitting. Our Signature Cap is a classic design with easy to follow pattern for any new or experienced knitter. The syllabus included along with the pattern will hopefully assist and encourage other groups and their teachers to establish similar programs like ours.
