Happily Hooked is very pleased to introduce the Big Boy Blanket!

This blanket will be made up of twelve 12″ squares, each themed with something that boys love.

These squares are created with tapestry crochet. Row-by-row written instructions are provided using single crochet. A graph is also provided to allow you to use half-double crochet, puff stitches, or even corner-to-corner. You can weave in the ends or back your blanket with fabric–you’re only limited by your imagination!

Yarn: Worsted weight yarn: 1 skein each of Blue (A), Black (B), Red (C), Yellow (D).

Materials: US Size I/9 (5.5mm) crochet hook, yarn needle, scissors

Difficulty: Easy

Sizes: 48 sc x 48 sc = 12″ square

Gauge: 4 sc = 1”
