The pattern has instructions for both cuff down and toe up socks. The pattern is written for magic loop, but can easily be modified for double pointed needles.
Sizes
S (56 sts), M (64 sts), L (72 sts)
Yarn
100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 420 m (440 yds)/ 100 g in two colours. You will need approximately 50 g (50 g) 60 g of MC, 30 g of CC is enough for all sizes.
The sample socks were knitted with Hedgerow SW Merino/Nylon Sock, 75% Merino, 25% Nylon, 425 m/ 465 yds per 100 g in colourway Ooak (MC) and Malabrigo Yarn Sock, 100% Merino, 384 m/ 419.9 yds per 100 g in colourway Frank Ochre (CC). You can substitute CC with various left overs or sock minis.
Needles & notions
80 cm/ 32 inches long or longer 2.75 mm/ US 2 circular needle or to meet the gauge
tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Gauge
36 sts x 48 rows = 10 x 10 cm/ 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch after blocking
