THE GLOWING beauty of Fyberspates’ Gleem Lace yarn is a perfect match for Bronagh Miskelly’s delicate shawl. A blend of British Bluefaced Leicester wool and silk, it is wonderfully soft and draping. Bronagh’s shawl has a central spine panel with triangular lace motifs; radiating out from this central section is an unusual pattern of horizontal and diagonal stripes of eyelets, forming a contemporary fabric. Emphasise the lower scalloped edge by pinning it out while blocking your shawl.
Yarn used: Fyberspates Gleem Lace
Shown in Smokey Joe (729) 1 x 100g skein
