Berwick Sweater
by Pat Menchini
Taking design cues from traditional gansey sweaters, this pullover by Pat Menchini has panels of textured diamond motifs, framed by columns of cables and panels of bramble stitch down the sides of the body. The sleeves are worked top down, and also feature bands of bramble stitch and cables at the top.
Pat’s design is knitted in an aran-weight undyed wool, which is spun at the historic New Lanark mill in southern Scotland.
