I have been a student for over five years now. Before I started knitting, I used to fill notebook after notebook with doodles, as I found that keeping my hands busy helped me to focus better. Repetitive graphic patterns seemed to work best, especially if I found the subject difficult. The patterns on these mittens are taken from a notebook I used during a fluid mechanics course - hence the name. :-)

The pattern includes charts and instructions for knitting women’s M sized mittens, although the size is easliy adjustable by going up or down a needle size.
