Berlingot is a lightweight and confortable pullover the loose knitted fabric made them perfect for spring and mid-season weather.
Berlingot is knitted top down seamlessly, with a V-neck and raglan sleeves. The sleeves and body are separated at the underarm and knitted separately. Lastly the neckband is picked up from the body and knitted in the round.

It is a simple and pleasant project punctuated by the discreet mix of textured stitch and lace. Fell free to work it in plain color or using all your favorite leftovers colors.

You can easily made a cropped version and imagine them a with short or ¾ sleeves.

Yarn
The Berlingot pullover uses a strand of fingering weight yarn held together with a strand of lace weight yarn. You can replace these two yarns with a single strand of DK weight yarn. In this case, follow only the yarn amount requirements for the fingering weight yarn.

Gauge
20 sts x 28 rounds = 10x10 cm/ 4x4 inches of
Stockinette stitch in the round on larger needles,
after blocking.

Needles
• 4.5 mm for the body and the sleeves.
• 3,25 mm / US3 for ribbing.

Always use the needle size that gives you the right
gauge, adjust if necessary.

Berlingot se tricote du haut vers le bas (top-down) sans couture autour d’un empiècement raglan. Une fois les augmentations terminées les mailles des manches sont placées en attente, le corps et tricoté en circulaire en poursuivant le motif.

Les mailles des manches sont reprises puis tricotées droites sans diminutions jusqu’au poignet.
L’ensemble des finitions de l’encolure, du corps est des manches se font en côtes.

Vous pouvez aisément en tricoter une version uni, manches longues ou courtes.
C’est un projet parfait si vous souhaitez utiliser jusqu’aux derniers cm de vos fils et couleurs favorites.

• Aisance recommandée entre 10 et 25 cm.

Nécessite un fil ou un mélange de fil de type sport à DK.

Le modèle de présentation a été tricoté en tenant ensemble un fil de Merino single, 100% mérinos, 366m /100g de « Les Petits points parisiens », coloris : Candy Crush et un fil lace de Soft silk mohair de « Knitting for Olive, 70% mohair, 30% soie, 225 m /25 g, coloris : Marzipan.

Matériel 
• Aiguille circulaire en 4,5 mm ou de la taille nécessaire pour obtenir le bon échantillon.
• Aiguille circulaire en 3,25 mm pour les finitions des manches, du corps et de l’encolure

Utilisez toujours une taille d’aiguille qui vous permet d’obtenir le bon échantillon, au besoin, ajustez-la.
