Short cardigan jacket with color pattern that is a variation of a traditional Norwegian “Fana” cardigan, worn during WWII as a symbol of Norwegian solidarity. Bottom facing is worked back and forth in rows. Then the lower body stitches are joined for working in the round to the shoulders, with steeks for the front opening, armholes, and neck shaping.

Fit: Standard (2-4” / 5-10 cm)

Sizing Notes: The size of the jacket is determined by the needle size - the larger sizes are made using larger rneedles. For this reason, doing a gauge swatch is very important!
