length can be easily adjusted, by repeating pattern rows more times
the chest measurements for size 7-8 years could fit bigger children as well, and probably the only thing to adjust would be the length of the cardigan.

Materials:
• any worsted weight yarn approx. 150200,250,300,350g or 390520,650,780,910yards,
(For sample I used Ophelia Italy Zeus yarn, it is very light yarn and the yardage per 50g is bigger than for normal worsted weight yarn. So, if in doubts – buy the yarn needed by yards and not by grams.)

• crochet hook 5mm (H) or size needed to obtain gauge
• 3 – 5 buttons (at least 2.5cm wide) (you can choose how many buttons to use)
• tapestry needle
