Beach Blouse
A shell-stitch pattern that mimics mermaid scales flows beautifully in this off-the shoulder blouse. The fitted bodice with shell-stitch edging flatters feminine curves. The blouse ties around the neck with tassels, adding a nautical feel that’s perfect for romantic evening strolls along the beach.
