Basket Weave Messy Bun Hat
I love the basket weave pattern and this stitch works and looks great for the messy bun hat. This pattern is fast to work up. It is worked from the brim to the top. I love using Bernat Super Value yarn, it is affordable, comes in many colours and is soft and washable and dryable.
This pattern requires you to start with the FSC (foundation single crochet) It is the basis for the entire brim in aiding with a nice comfy stretchy fit. The stitch is explained in the pattern.
This pattern has two sizes, Ladies Average and Child (child should fit approximately ages 6 - 12 years)
