The Basic Shortie socks are constructed as top down socks with a heel flap and gusset, and an option of 5 different cuffs. The heel is knitted in heel stitch which creates a durable, cushioned heel. One size is given, but there is a link to detailed instructions and a video for adjusting to any size that you need.
