Everyone loves the big, wide-eyed owls, but the sweetheart faced barn owl gets a little neglected, don’t you think? :) So, in trying to change that, I’ve created this pattern for a great, creative toy your little one can enjoy over and over again! Stacking rings are wonderful learning tool for toddlers, great for fine motor skills, and creative stimulation. Also, being crocheted, these are soft and safe, and washable! gentle cycle only

Things to know:
This pattern is for the more experienced. You must know how to start with a magic ring, and how to crochet in rounds. You should know basic stitches, and how to inc and dec. You should be familiar with creating amigurumi or 3-dimensional toys. It is recommended, but not absolutely necessary, that you be familiar with the crocodile stitch. However, a detailed picture tutorial is provided.
