For some of you summer is just around the corner and wouldn’t it be lovely to adorn your feet with these barefoot sandals that look just that bit different. I just love peacocks and quite a few of my designs have been inspired by these gorgeous birds. Also these sandals. The ankle straps have a lovely feathery detail at the end, again referring to my favorite bird.

I have made these barefoot sandals with Scheepjes Catona mercerized cotton and given them a beautiful peacock look by using peacock colors and adding my signature feature of the peacock eye stitches in the center opening.

Measurements:
Peacock Motif Size: width approx. 7.5 cm / 3 inch and length approx. 9.5 cm / 3.8 inch.
Ankle Strap Length: 46 cm / 18.4 inch (but you can of course make them as long as you need them to be)

This design is suitable for BEGINNERS who are familiar with the basic crochet stitches. The pattern has clear written instructions and a lot of photos.
