Errata 8/1/12
The blank square representing a knit stitch on the right side is described as a knit on the wrong side also. It should be purled on the wrong side. This mistake does not occur in the text version of the lace pattern.

Under Abbreviations:
incr3 - knit, yarn over, knit in 1 stitch
k1 tbl - knit 1 through back loop
