OM MÖNSTRET
Det här är vuxenvarianten av barnkoftan
med samma namn. Den skapades inspirerad av min favoritmånad, augusti med dess blomster- och färgprakt. Den här koftan stickas ovanifrån och ner och har ett okmönster med korta flotteringar. Se till att hålla MF dominant genom hela oket! Den har två omgångar
förkortade varv. Den första stickas efter oket för att höja ryggen på koftan, den andra precis innan resåren för bättre passform. Tekniken som används då är german short rows. Det finns bra instruktionsvideos på YouTube om du känner dig osäker!

About this pattern
This is the adult version of the children cardigan with the same name, designed as a tribute to my favourite month August. A month full of flowers and colours! It is made top down with a flowery yoke that is made with short floats so it is perfect if you are a beginner at fair isle knitting. Make sure to hold the CC dominant while knitting. It has two parts with short rows. The first right after the yoke to longer the back and the second before the rib to make a better fit. The technique you will use is German short rows. You can find good tutorials on YouTube if you need support.

MATERIAL: Rauma finull, Öland ullcentrum 2 tr or other sport weight yarn that measures 150-170 m/50 g

Needles: 3.5 mm and 4 mm, 80 cm circular needle, using magic loop. Otherwise double pointed needles in the same mm are required.
