The Aster Vest is worked seamlessly from the top down, with the button bands integrated as you knit. The left front, back, and right front are then knitted separately until reaching the underarm length, after which they are joined to knit in flat until the hem. Add pockets to both sides of the
garment. After blocking, embroider the flower motif at any position you like.

Gauge / With 6 mm (US 10) needle :
15 sts and 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking
Recommended ease: 0~45cm / 0~17.75’’

Needles:
6 mm (US 10) for the body; 5 mm (US 8) for the ribbing.
Use circular needles ranging from 40 to 120 cm, depending on the stitch count required for each section. (DPNs or preferred needles (Magic Loop) for small circumference knitting.)

Other Materials:
Stitch markers, stitch holder cords or waste yarn, tapestry needles, 3~4 buttons with a diameter of 25mm each.
