This stunning shawl starts with the picot cast-on and then works into a simple lace pattern. Short-row shaping creates the subtle crescent.
Size 68” wide along curved lower edge and 12½“ deep at center
Yarn Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sport (100% superwash merino wool; 200 yd 183 m/70 g):
• #1013 Louisville, 2 skeins (see Notes)
Gauge 19 sts and 31 rows = 4” in St st on smaller needle
Tools
• Size 6 (4 mm): 32” circular (cir) needle
• Size 7 (4.5 mm): 32” cir needle
