Arimono Shawl
New edition with two sizes now available!
Arimono is a top down, triangular shawl with bands of chevron lace and stockinette, finished off with diamond lace and garter stitch punctuated by simple slip stitches. The triangular points of the lace fit neatly into the shaping of the shawl for a satisfyingly geometric design. Straightforward stitch patterns and lots of rest rows make this a nice way to ease into lace knitting. And the contrasts between lace, garter stitch, and stockinette are a beautiful way to showcase hand dyed yarns.
