The body is made up of flat pieces sewn together; the arms and legs are lengths of stockinet. Dress and wings are made separately and attached.

Required: The yarn kit enclosed with Let’s Knit! Magazine 47, October 2011, including 2.5 balls of the Merry yarn in red and white, 5g purple glitter yarn and 4 bells; 4mm straight needles; safety toy stuffing; piece of card for angel’s book; darning needle; scraps of pink and black embroidery thread for eyes and cheeks; scraps of yellow DK for hair. (Book and bells should be omitted if doll is to be used by young children).
