NOTES
This reversible wrap skirt is worked from the top down with two strands of yarn held together.
It features a lace pattern on the hem. First, the ribbon is knit in the round. Then, stitches for the hem are picked up from the center of the ribbon, after which the hem is worked. In the longer version, there is a section of Stockinette stitch before the lace pattern begins.
