Arched Shells Cowl
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
This crocheted cowl is worked in the round lengthwise from the bottom up. A series of crochet shells or fans and rounded arches make for a delightfully lacy piece.
It can be made from any Worsted or Aran weight yarn you wish. You need about 200 yards to make a cowl size 32” around by 6” in height. Instructions are also included if you wish to make the cowl longer and/or wider.
LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY:
Intermediate
STITCHES AND TECHNIQUES YOU NEED TO KNOW:
You should be familiar with single crochet (sc) and double crochet (dc) stitches in order to complete this cowl. You should also know how to join a chain with a slip stitch for working in the round.
