PDF Crochet Pattern to make your own Aphrodite Shell Bag.
This little bag is the perfect travel pouch, hook holder, pencil case or even little project bag!

Instructions in English with colour photos, UK and US terms.

I first designed this for the Crochet Sanctuary September retreat.

Made in 2 colours of DK yarn with a 3.5mm hook for the instructions, but also includes information on making a larger bag in chunky, or a teeny purse/trinket pouch with sock yarn.
Easily adapted to whatever size bag you’d like and with whichever colour yarns you prefer. You could also add a strap for a crossbody bag. I used an ombre effect yarn for the segments of the shell, with a sparkly solid colour for the tactile parts.
You would also need an 8” zip if making the DK one, instructions included on how to add the zip.
