This is a quick and easy pattern with no purling! It gives you the big chunky look without the weight.

I developed this pattern to use up that one or two skeins of “what was I thinking” yarn in my stash. Sometimes you love the yarn in the store but when you get it home you can’t decide what to do with it or it’s not enough to make what you had in mind. I also buy the last ball or two on sale and I always buy an extra skein or two when making bigger projects.

You can also combine yarns to tone down wild colours or to make colours pop.
