There are 8 patterns in the book that include beanie, slouch, cloche, beret, ball cap, flat cap, and ski mask. The book uses a simple math formulas based on the peg numbers of a loom for a hat. Video tutorials are included to help understand the formula and how it is used to make each hat in the book.

I give examples in the book are written for the 36, 42, and 48 peg looms that are the KK replacement looms that CinDwood put out. Most of the examples are for super bulky yarn. This means most hats will take usually 1 skein of super bulky to rarely a second skein.
