This angler pattern came out a bit more goofy than scary in my opinion. Looking at pictures of a real angler fish could give anyone a few bad dreams. The angler gets its glow from bioluminescent bacteria that resides in the tip of the angler’s lure. If you happen to be technically savvy (and not making a bath toy), you could install an LED in your angler’s lure to make a cool, light-up reading light.
