An Assortment of Ascots ... from simple to sophisticated
Have you ever wanted to make an ascot-style scarf? This is the perfect pattern since you have so many options for style! FOUR patterns are included: a simple garter & ribbed scarf, a knit-purl textured scarf, a cabled version and a lacy medallion (with ribbed neck) version. Each of the scarves takes approx 200 yards of fingering weight -- shown here in cashmere and cashmere blends. The neck treatments (ribbed, knit-purl texture, cabled and another rib) are interchangeable so you can mix and match
Each scarf has a “pocket” on one end for the other end to be put into so you don’t need to worry about buttons or pins or other closures.
The scarves are knit seamlessly, from end to end, with only yarn-ends needing to be tucked-in to finish.
Directions are charted and row-by-row.
