ALS Scarf
Want to know how I feel about ALS? Read my scarf!
I designed this scarf for anyone whose life has been impacted by ALS. I wanted a subtle yet direct way to show support. There are two options available in the pattern, SFW and NSFW wording that is worked into he scarf design. When you are wearing the scarf the words are not immediately discernible, but you’ll want to show this one off!
The scarf is designed to be a bit oversized so it can wrap generously around your neck or even serve as a small lap blanket.
The pattern is suitable for a confident beginner. It uses a knotted boxes with inset message along the whole length. The scarf is worked in 2 pieces and seamed in the middle using Kitcheners Stitch or 3 needle bind off. This makes sure that the message is never upside down!
