ABOUT
First there was Ali’s Sock, a design I came up with while trying to find the best way to show off a truly beautiful variegated skein of yarn from Ali, the designer behind Explorer Knits + Fibers. This design was followed by Ali’s Sweater, named after Ali herself, the artist that brought so many incredible and unique skeins to life. The original Ali’s Sweater was designed in DK weight yarn, and this version is the same design rethought & reworked for fingering weight yarn. I hope you enjoy knitting your own Ali’s Sweater Light!

EASE
This sweater can fit however you like! I knit the sample to fit the intended wearer with 6 - 8 inches of positive ease. When selecting a size, I would encourage you to think about how you like things to fit your own body. If you like a closer-fitting garment, choose a Finished Chest Circumference with 2 - 4 inches of positive ease. If you like a looser-fitting garment, choose a Finished Chest Circumference with 8 - 10 inches of positive ease, or more!
