Akame is an asymmetrical triangular shawl worked sideways from one end to the other. It has a garter stitch body and features a beautiful lace edging along one side of the shawl. Then the lace edging is expanded across the bottom of the shawl.

Yarn
Miss Babs Tarte (75% Superwash Merino Wool, 15% Nylon, 10% Tencel; 500 yd/4.3 oz (457m/122g) skeins) 2 skeins shown in Corset.

Or 800 yards/732 meters fingering weight yarn.

For best results when working with hand dyed yarns we strongly suggest alternating skeins of the same color throughout your project.
