Aethelind Socks
Aethelind Socks feature a modern take on a traditional twisted-stitch stocking. Use a solid or a semi-solid yarn in a lighter color to best display the intricate twists and turns!
Aethelind means “noble serpent” in Saxon, and is my daughter’s middle name. I loved how the asymmetrical side cables reminded me of the tracks left by a serpent in the sand.
This pattern provides 4 separately charted sizes (60, 64, 68, and 72 stitches).
