GAUGE:
24 sts and 32 rows over 4 in/10 cm of stockinette after blocking.
28 sts and 36 rows over 4 in/10 cm of 1x1 Rib before blocking.

TOOLS:
Size 3.5 mm/US 4 circular needles in lengths appropriate for cuffs and hem (see finished measurements).
Size 4 mm/US 6 circular needles 24-36 in/60-90 cm in length.
Size 3.25 mm/US 3 dpns or circular in length appropriate for neckband.
Always use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking. Ribbing is not blocked.
